Dear St. Margaret's Family,
We are excited to announce our upcoming intergenerational event, the Memorial Day/Pentecost Picnic! This joyous occasion will bring together families and members of all ages for a day of celebration, fellowship, and delicious food. Mark your calendars and join us for a memorable day filled with laughter, community, and the spirit of Pentecost.
To ensure the success of our picnic, we kindly request your participation and support in the following ways:
1. Intergenerational Gathering: This event is open to everyone, from our youngest members to our esteemed elders. We encourage families and individuals of all ages to come together and enjoy this special day as one united church community. Let's celebrate our diversity and strengthen our bonds as we break bread and share laughter together.
2. Volunteer Sign-Up and Registration: We greatly appreciate your willingness to help make this picnic a memorable experience for all. We have a sign-up sheet for volunteers to assist with various tasks, such as setting up the picnic area and contributing food and drinks. Your support will be invaluable in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

3. Food Provided: Our vibrant and talented youth ministry will be taking charge of the refreshments by providing some delectable finger foods. Expect a scrumptious spread of sandwiches, crispy chips, and refreshing homemade lemonade. Their efforts will ensure that everyone's taste buds are satisfied as we indulge in a delightful picnic feast.
This Memorial Day/Pentecost Picnic promises to be a beautiful day of togetherness, where the bonds of our church family grow stronger. It will be an opportunity for us to reflect on the blessings we have received and the vibrant community we are fortunate to be a part of.
We look forward to seeing you and your loved ones at St. Margaret's Church Grounds this Sunday at 11:30 am. Let's celebrate the joy of Pentecost and create new memories that will warm our hearts for years to come.
